Return Policy

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

Before sending back the item, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

The article you wish to return:

- can be sent back to us only after you have received your 'return for inspection number' (RFI) that must be requested by completing and submittig our return form on the bottom of this page.
- must be sent back within 5 working days from the date we accept the return.
- must be unused, unworn and not damaged.
- must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories, booklet and certifcates.
- must be sent back in its original packaging.
- the shipment must be notified the same day with related tracking number.

All returned items are carefully inspected and in case they are not in compliance with their original conditions, the return will not be accepted.
If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will refund you. Your refund will be subjected to freight deduction.

PayPal extra charges will not be refunded.

KLEPSOO offers no exchanges before the article is not arrived back to us.

We will not issue any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; anyway you will have the option to require the return of your item in the same condition Klepsoo has received it, at your charges, within thirty (30) days after our notification of receipt.
Refunds are processed within approximately six (6) business days from the return
Your refund will be credited back to the same cradit card or paypal account used to pay for the original purchase. PayPal extra charges will not be refunded.
Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
