Prices
If you are in the European Union the prices you see on our web-site include European VAT.
If your country is not in the European Union, the prices you see on our web-site do not include European VAT.
To the item' price you have to add the shipping cost to the destination country.
Orders for countries outside the European Union may be subjected to customs or import duties once the package reaches its destination.
Import charges do not depend on Kleepsoo but on your country Customs.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Klepsoo cannot control or predict these charges and their amount, because customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you desire to have further information about Customs fees please contact fedex customer service in your country or the Customs or Excise.
This import taxes can be required by the courier at the time of the delivery or later.

How to send back purchased products
Please follow the instructions that are described on Return policy page.
Returned products must be previously agreed and returned in their original box and package and using an appropriate packing.
Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days from receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card or paypal account used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
Delivery
Ordered goods are very carefully prepared and packaged, using suitable materials which protect them against impact and provide adequate thermal insulation.
In case of breakage or mishandling of products clients should not accept delivery, the buyer should not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. Please return the package to us.
It is possible to have products sent to a address different from your own just write it in the order form while placing your order.
All our packages are shipped by serious and professional couriers that cannot leave unguarded items in front of the door due to their rules.
We suggest you to specify an address where the courier can surely find somebody who can sing for the delivery of the merchandise

All klepsoo watches are original and 100% authentic. All our watches a come with the manufacturer original case and, if scheduled from the manufacturer the certificate of authenticity and booklet.
All watches are 24 mounth warrant covered from the date of purchase, against production defects.
In case of prouved malfunctioning, warranty allows to repair or change the product. Damages due to incorrect use are not covered by warranty and we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages occurred for incorrect use.
Klepsoo is not responsible for direct or indirect damages occurred to people or things due to the malfunctioning of the products.
The acceptance of all terms is made fulfilling the order form.
